Sarah W. Harris

Sarah Harris has over 15 years of experience in Operations and Technical Program Management execution. She has led departments across the enterprise including: human resources, program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, operational excellence, and quality.  At Goodrich Corporation, now United Technologies Aerospace Systems (UTAS), she was Director of Programs, managing multi-million-dollar military and commercial programs including the U2 spy plane imaging system--where she had P&L responsibility.  Most recently, she was Director of Operations for three independent subsidiaries of United Technologies in businesses as diverse as laser targeting, drones, and medical imaging. In this role, she was solely responsible for manufacturing execution, Sales & Operations planning, Quality, Inventory, and Supply Chain. Sarah’s passion is improving corporate performance by driving continuous improvement methodologies into engineering and manufacturing environments in both small company and large, multi-national corporate environments.  She brings to the business a deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing for highly technical production lines—having driven Continuous Improvement for a $1B division of Goodrich.  She is currently Vice President of Operations, Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement for  Valcor Engineering Corporation. Sarah has a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Rider University.
